Following this morning’s revelation that 2K Games and Bethesda Softworks are set to deliver a very high-profile double-pack for Xbox 360 and PC in the US, confirmation has now arrived of a UK release. The BioShock & The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Bundle will make it’s way to UK stores this July, with a very respectable price-tag.
The two games form a generous retail offering comparable to Electronic Arts’ and Valve’s famed The Orange Box release, which consisted of Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode One, Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Team Fortress 2 and the fantastic Portal. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is famed for it’s formidable scope and BioShock remains one of the most critically acclaimed videogame releases of the Current-Generation.
The combination of 2006’s Game of the Year Winner The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and 2007’s Game of the Year Winner BioShock into one complete package will be available in the UK beginning July 10th, 2009, for a Suggested Retail Price (SRP) of £29.99 on the Xbox 360 and £19.99 for Windows PC. The BioShock & The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Bundle is rated BBFC 18, and Electronic Theatre will keep you updated on any future bundles 2K Games or Bethesda Softworks propose for UK retail.
