SEGA Europe Ltd. has revealed in pictures the contents of the forthcoming Aliens Vs. Predator Hunter Edition that will be released across Europe on 19th February, 2010. Set to be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC Games for Windows, Aliens Vs. Predator is currently in development at Rebellion Studios.

"Aliens Vs. Predator is the first title to be released in our partnership with Fox for the Aliens franchise, and it reinforces our commitment to provide high quality gaming for the core market. The team at Rebellion have been true to the Aliens and Predator universes and created a title that allows gamers to experience first-hand all the thrill, tension and excitement of the Aliens and Predator movies," said Gary Knight, European Marketing Director of SEGA Europe.

In addition to the standard edition of the game, Aliens Vs. Predator will be available as a Survivor Edition and Hunter Edition. The Survivor Edition is a steelbook version of the game and includes an unlock code for four exclusive Premium Downloadable Content (PDLC) multiplayer maps which will be available to download post-launch. The Hunter Edition also features the PDLC of four exclusive multiplayer maps, as well as a fully posable facehugger model, a Weyland Yutani sleeve badge and a 3D lenticular postcard.

Players will experience a war like never before between three of Science-Fiction’s most iconic characters; the Alien, the Predator and the Colonial Marine. Aliens Vs. Predator delivers three outstanding single-player campaigns and allows gamers to pitch all three species against each other in multiplayer. Aliens Vs. Predator is developed by Rebellion, the team behind the 1999 PC gaming classic Aliens Vs. Predator, and will be available in February 2010.
