In an unprecedented move, leading video games publisher Rising Star Games has today announced it has teamed up with Spanish fans of Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon to translate the game's script, so they can enjoy it in its entirety. Spanish website DSWii.es (part of Blogocio.net) approached Rising Star with the unique idea and, following an announcement calling for volunteers to participate in the translation, recruited a group of fifty dedicated gamers from their loyal community to take part in the meticulous process.

As part of Nintendo’s continuing assault of release date announcements, with Super Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid: Other M and Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies all given relative release periods, Sin & Punishment: Successor of the Skies has finally received confirmation of a European release – and much sooner than expected. Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Skies, from developer Treasure, will launch across Europe on May 7th, 2010.

Nintendo and Capcom Europe have now publicly opened the doors to Monster Hunter Tri~’s official website. Monster Hunter Tri~ is the latest title in the hugely popular Monster Hunter series, and as a Wii exclusive release is the first Monster Hunter title to grace a Nintendo console.

Following the announcement of a release date for the highly-anticipated Super Mario Galaxy 2, Nintendo Europe has also revealed the intended release window for Team Ninja’s Metroid: Other M. Originally revealed at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) last year, Metroid: Other M takes the familiar Metroid formula and puts a completely new spin on it, much like Retro Studios’ critically acclaimed Metroid Prime series.

Ubisoft has revealed new details of the forthcoming Wii version of Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. Currently in development at Ubisoft's Quebec City Studio, the game is being built entirely from the ground up for Wii.

Teyon, a successful videogames developer and publisher, unveiled today a list of forthcoming Nintendo DSiWare and WiiWare titles sechdueld for release this year. Including Sports titles, Puzzle games, Sims and Shooters, Teyon are certainly looking towards having all their bases covered.
